As Time Will Allow

My solo show, “As Time Will Allow,” was hosted by Electric Umbrella, a gallery and tattoo show on Vancouver Island. These three pieces were the major works shown, along with various other drawings, paintings, and sketches. All three images (Morning, Noon, and Night) were compiled and colored in Photoshop, then outputted to poster size.

The overall theme of the show was to do with how much time is available when working a full-time job and having two very young children. Every moment of the day was filled and getting time to do art and drawing had to be squeezed in somehow. It was great to have a show in the city where I first went to post-secondary school. Former teachers and classmates from high school and college attended.

Social media promotion was very simple before reels and stories were added to the Instagram tools.

The show presented a mix of drawings, sketches, digital images, and watercolor pieces. Thanks again and again to Russ Morland, who was the best gallery host!
